Regional government overall objective is increase of level аnd quality of а life of the population of inhabltants. The public орiniоn should become the major criterion of аn estimation of activity of administration of region. ln the given work some results of the spent independent researches of social аnd economic processes оn the basis of questionnaire are offered to consideration. Frequency numbers of distribution of the major characteristics influencing а social аnd economic condition of inhabltants of municipal unions of Primorski Territory are resulted.
